Clearline has cleaned exteriors across Brisbane since 2014. In that time we have learned the thing homeowners actually want is not a lower number, it is the certainty their surface will not get wrecked. So we built the business around making the method legible.
Most exterior cleaning goes wrong the moment a high-pressure gun gets pointed at the wrong surface. Stripped paint. Gouged render. A cracked tile and water under the ridge caps. By the time the homeowner sees the damage, the cleaner is long gone and the repair costs more than the clean ever did.
Nathan Reilly spent six years on a blast-everything crew watching exactly that happen, render ruined to clean a job faster. He started Clearline in 2014 with a simple idea: match the method to the surface and put it in writing. Soft wash on render, roofs and paint, high pressure only on concrete and driveways, a test patch before the whole job. Put next to a cheap blast quote, ours does not look dearer. It looks careful. That is usually the whole conversation.
A homeowner cannot tell a safe clean from a risky one until the damage shows. So we make the method something you can read before we start, not something you discover after the paint has lifted.

We match the method to the surface
Render, paint, roofs and panels get a low-pressure soft wash. Concrete and driveways get high pressure where it is safe. One pressure for every surface is the single thing that strips paint, gouges render and cracks tiles, so we never do it. The method, not the price, is what we lead with.
The right clean, not the biggest one
Sometimes the honest answer is a single surface, not a full property reset. We will tell you which clean you actually need, even when it is the smaller job, because a homeowner who trusts the first quote is the one who calls back next year.
Everything in writing
A Surface and Method Sheet for every job: each surface listed with its method, pressure, detergent and why, plus an indicative band and the guarantee with its exclusions. We carry $20M public liability and send the certificate on request. No one-number text, no blast-everything handshake.
Responsible water
Biodegradable detergents, plants wet down and rinsed, and runoff directed away from the stormwater drain. Soft washing uses far less water than blasting, and we will run off tank water where you would rather we did not touch the mains. Looking after the surface should not mean wrecking the garden.
