Concrete · High pressure done right

Driveway & Concrete

Concrete, driveways and pavers are where high pressure belongs, and where most operators still leave stripes. We use a surface cleaner for even passes, treat the oil, rust and tyre marks rather than smearing them around, and can seal the surface afterwards so it stays clean for longer.

Scope

What this job includes.

  • Driveways, paths, patios and pool surrounds
  • Plain, exposed-aggregate and stamped concrete, and pavers
  • Even passes with a surface cleaner, no wand stripes
  • Oil, rust and tyre marks treated, not just rinsed
  • Optional sealing to keep it cleaner for longer
Our system: Commercial surface cleaner for an even finish, with spot pre-treatment for oil and rust. High pressure here is safe and right, and we still match the pressure to the surface.
How we quote it

A Surface and Method Sheet, every time.

Whatever the surface, your quote names the method, the pressure and the reason the same honest way, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

The 7-line quote
  1. 1 Render and painted walls. Soft wash, low pressure and a named detergent. Never a high-pressure gun that strips paint or gouges render.
  2. 2 Roof, Colorbond and tile. Soft washed from safe access. No walking and blasting that cracks tiles or forces water under the ridge caps.
  3. 3 Timber and decking. A gentle wash with the grain at controlled pressure, so we lift the grime without furring the timber.
  4. 4 Concrete, pavers and driveway. High pressure is safe and right here. Even passes with a surface cleaner, no stripes, oil and rust treated.
  5. 5 Solar panels. Soft wash and a deionised rinse only. No high pressure near the seals, and the panel warranty stays intact.
  6. 6 Test patch first. We prove the method on an out-of-the-way spot before the whole job, so you see it is safe before we commit.
  7. 7 Walk-through at the end. We rinse down, protect your plants, and walk the finished result with you before we pack up.
If a quote doesn’t show these lines, you can’t compare it, and you don’t know what’s been cut.
How it runs

What happens, step by step.

1

Walkthrough and surface check

We identify every surface and its condition, and tell you which gets soft-washed and which gets high pressure.

2

Method and written scope

You get a Surface and Method Sheet: surface, method, pressure, detergent and why. With an indicative price band, not a guess.

3

Booking and test patch

On the day we prove the method on an inconspicuous patch before we commit to the whole surface.

4

Soft wash and treat

Low pressure and the right detergent on render, roofs, painted timber and panels. Dwell time does the work, not force.

5

High pressure where it is safe

Concrete, pavers and driveways get even passes with the surface cleaner, no stripes and no etching.

6

Rinse and walk-through

We rinse down, protect your plants, and walk the finished result with you before we pack up.

Insured, covered, guaranteed

The paperwork behind the price.

Public liability to $20M, working-at-heights ticketed, and a 12-month no-regrowth guarantee, all in writing, all on request.

Cleaning needs no trade licence in Queensland, so insurance is the credential that protects you. Nathan walks through exactly what is covered, the public liability cover that protects your home, and the guarantee that names its own exclusions instead of hiding them.

The cover, the guarantee, and how to check each one.

Questions, answered

Driveway & Concrete: common questions.

Is high pressure okay on concrete, pavers and exposed aggregate? +
Yes. Concrete and most pavers are built to take it, which is why this is the one surface where high pressure is the right tool. We still dial it to the surface, so exposed aggregate and softer pavers get a controlled pass rather than a blast that loosens the stones.
Can you remove oil, rust and tyre marks, or just dirt? +
We treat them. Oil, rust and tyre marks need a pre-treatment that breaks them down before the pressure clean, not just a harder blast. We will tell you up front how much will lift, because deep-set old oil does not always come back to new.
Will pressure cleaning leave stripes or lines on the concrete? +
Not the way we do it. Stripes come from a hand wand waved across the surface. We use a rotary surface cleaner that covers an even width in overlapping passes, so the finish is consistent rather than zebra-striped.
Should the driveway be sealed after it is cleaned? +
It is optional and worth it on many surfaces. A seal helps resist oil, growth and staining and keeps the clean look for longer. We will tell you whether your surface suits it rather than selling it as a default.
